The missing link between Cambodian production and the world’s biggest marketplace.
Cambodia exports billions of dollars of garments, textiles and handicrafts every year — almost all of it as someone else’s label, sold through someone else’s channel, at wholesale margins. Meanwhile Amazon has become the default way that hundreds of millions of consumers in the United States and Europe buy things. Cambodian producers are almost entirely absent from it.
That gap is not about product quality and it is not about demand. It is about logistics and access. Amazon has exacting inbound requirements, and there was no facility in Cambodia set up to meet them. Getting a Cambodian business onto Seller Central meant navigating verification, tax forms and payout rails designed for companies somewhere else. So we built the facility, and we built a route in that does not require a Seller Central account at all.
We are based in Phnom Penh. We receive goods, prep them to Amazon’s exact specification, and move them straight out to Amazon fulfilment centres — we deliberately do not warehouse stock, which is why we can charge no storage fees. For businesses that want the full route to market, we sell their products on our own established Amazon account and pay them out every 14 days. For international brands already selling on Amazon, we are simply the prep centre closest to their supplier.
Prep & Pack Asia is a division of BAAL Co., Ltd., a Cambodian company registered in Phnom Penh that builds mobile and web applications, online stores and business software. The same team, the same office, the same registration — which is why the systems behind your shipments, listings and payout statements are built in-house rather than bolted together from other people’s tools.

Receiving reports and QC come with photographs. If something arrives damaged you will see it the same day, not discover it when Amazon rejects the shipment.
Khmer and English, spoken and written, throughout. Your Amazon listings are written for American and European buyers; your account manager talks to you in your language.
On our sell-through service we earn a share of sales, not a fee for effort. If your product does not move, we do not get paid either.
Why prep in Cambodia?
The median US prep centre charges $1.30 per unit. We start at $1.10 and go down to $0.38 at volume — with no receiving, storage or shipment-plan fees layered on top.
Tell us what you make and how much of it. We will come back with a quote — usually the same working day.
How would you like to talk?
We answer in English and ខ្មែរ.
